Daily Photo - Bagels 3.0

Attempt 3 with bagels. I fiddled with the recipe a bit this time, and skipped the refrigeration part. I haven't taste tested yet. edit: They're getting closer to bagels. The bottoms however taste like pretzels since I let them get too dark.
